My Window Solutions provide quality workmanship and installation. I've had the pleasure working with Mike, one of their sales associates. Their customer service is exceptional. I have used them for replacing all my windows and made referrals to my neighbors, all are happy.

I won't go into detail, but I give 1 star for the sales team (the one mentioned in recent reviews as well) for lack of communication/response/timeliness, including a miscommunication that cost me an extra 3k and was completely avoidable. But I give 5 stars for the installation team and Lonnie.
I've landed on 4 stars solely based on the completion of the work as the installation crew was amazing.
I am for ever grateful for Mike who went out of his way to help correct a window installment, from another company, who were not forthright about the type of glass and installation. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and provided me with information to help me make an informed decision. I highly recommend Window Solutions.
