I luv this place, 2nd time there. It's my go to place when I'm vising Ventura. The ppl, ladies are super nice, & friendly. I started having very bad back pains/spasms. A relaxing massage hit the spot. I really wish there was a Crystal Palace on KC, Missouri. They would have my business all the time. Such readonal prices. Thank you
LOVE this place. The one hour massages are awesome - and I've had many massages elsewhere and am very picky. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. And can't beat the price. Nice to give good tips for all their hard work. So grateful to have them here in Newbury Park. Thank you Crystal Palace!
Deep tissue 90 mins with ' Kyle' was amazing and I absolutely loved it! I have been dealing with my lower back and shoulder blade issue, and he was responsive to my needs on problem area. I have had wonderful relaxing facial and upper neck massages. What a wonderful feeling to know you are in good hands.The place is very clean, friendly staff and everything runs so professionally.I was overall impressed by the service and care. I'm definitely going back again.
