“My place was probably a lot messier than they’re used to, especially since the main reason I called them was because I had gotten overwhelmed with trash/boxes/clothes/dishes after moving a month ago, but the blue team really came through! They were friendly, made conversation with me, and paid good attention to the focus areas I wanted. They went over the hour by a few minutes, but still didn’t charge any more for it. The only thing I’m not super keen on is the limited payment options. I didn’t have cash or a check so I had to give my credit card information over the phone. They also didn’t have a great way of managing tips- I want to be sure 100% of it goes to the workers (just adding it to my total receipt, without specifying how much I tipped, doesn’t make me feel super secure about that). Overall good experience and will probably be contacting them again for periodic deep cleans.“

“I've been using Jan-Serve for over 10 years!!! I 've used other companies before that and they were terrible! Jan-Serve cleans everything perfect. They dust everything and the floors are vacuumed and mopped without one piece of lint. They are immaculate on detail! They are the Ferrari of the Cleaning service!!! No one even comes close“

(Needed a deep clean of my 2 bed 2 bath cabin home) I have 5 animals and a messy husband-- Tiffany and Jackie were prompt, communicative, and their crew was kind and sweet. My house looks a hundred times better than it did at the beginning of the day and I'm grateful they did such a thorough job. “Five inches of rain in two hours overwhelmed our Atrium drains and flooded our house. Michael Brooks and his ServPro team arrived within six hours and started the enormous cleanup job. They deployed their state-of-the-art machines and dried the walls, floors, rugs, and carpets. For a white it was as loud as an airport runway. But Michael and his team got the job done and saved me from a nervous breakdown. But what really makes this experience memorable was the commitment and care from Michael Brooks. On a quality scale from one-to-ten, I'd give Michael an 11. ServPro is lucky to have him on their team.“
