I was very unaware of the Ayurveda massage, knowing nothing I had questions about the treatment. Valerie was awesome in explaining how the treatment was different then other types of like swedish massage and how she would be focused on my lymphatic system. I was amazed how different I felt after my two treatments. I would highly recommend this massage to ANYONE! Im going to be booking an appointment for my husband soon. I will never go back to "regular" massages ever again.

Top notch in every way. The owner called me within just 15minutes of sending her a request through Yelp. Opened up her schedule to see my Mom and I the next day. The ambiance is perfect, right next to a flowing river, beautifully furnished. The services are physically and emotionally healing. My new favorite place for body work/spa day/holistic healing.

I chose VitalLiving to undergo Panchakarma ... and I'm soooo happy that I did. Valerie and her staff were kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. I spent one week in Nevada City as I underwent various body therapies including abhyanga, shirodhara, nasya, and svedana. I even had my first heart, eye, and ear basti. It was absolutely wonderful!! VitalLiving's spa-like environment provided the optimal place to relax as all of my treatments helped to cleanse, detox, and heal.
