As a multi-sport athlete, I appreciate the variety of programs and the variety within the programs. Each exercise has a detailed explanation to prevent injury. Working out with the videos helps keep my pace on target and is a great motivation.

I've been seeing Dr Annelies for the past two year and always feel so much better after working with her. She is a caring and knowledgeable care provider that takes the time to listen and provide both hands on care for immediate pain relief as well as follow up "homework" to avoid future injuries. She is best in class and I highly recommend her!
