The stage 2 detail left my 2017 Lexus looking like a 2024 model LITERALLY. His attention to details & true passion for detailing makes him a top tier detailer. One thing that really stood out from my experience is Rick was very transparent from the beginning, after asking him a few questions about ceramic coating I figured he would try to upsell me on the product which would have easily boosted the price 400-500 bucks but he didn’t. He truly has the best interest for his customers and that doesn’t happen much these days.If you’re looking for a great detailer that’s reasonably priced, who really takes pride in their work please do not hesitate to contact Rick.“

Biagio! Amazing Customer Service! I reached out to Biagio for PPF services and was genuinely impressed with his professionalism and transparency. He took the time to explain the entire process to me clearly, answered all my questions, and was incredibly honest when it came to pricing. He offered great discounts and never made me feel pressured at any point. Although I ultimately chose to go with a friend for the job, I want to say Biagio’s customer service is truly top-notch.
