Biagio! Amazing Customer Service! I reached out to Biagio for PPF services and was genuinely impressed with his professionalism and transparency. He took the time to explain the entire process to me clearly, answered all my questions, and was incredibly honest when it came to pricing. He offered great discounts and never made me feel pressured at any point. Although I ultimately chose to go with a friend for the job, I want to say Biagio’s customer service is truly top-notch. If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, upfront, and easy to work with, Biagio is your guy.
Biagio and Josh were highly recommended by a family member that know the quality of their work. They did not disappoint and did an awesome job on my new Tesla CyberTruck and made it look amazing by applying PPF wrap, ceramic coating, application of some custom emblems, full car window tinting, and even installed side steps to complete the look I was going for. I was able to just talk through all the details with them and they made it happen. They took their time and paid attention to all the details, so I did not have to. Biagio’s did a great job on my car. They came to my home. Very professional!! I pointed out some water spots I couldn’t get off and the tech assured me he would take care of it for me. He was very detail oriented and thorough. You can tell he was proud of the work he does. I highly recommend these guys! I will be using them for my other vehicles for sure.
