I figured Mount Shasta would be the perfect place to get my first energy healing. I didn’t quite know what to expect, but Lauren was wonderful and explained everything before we started. The only surprise was when she was working on my abdomen where my kidney was (I donated it 20 years ago) and I started bawling. I asked what was going on and she explained that my body had been missing the kidney. I had no idea I was missing it, but I felt the sadness at that moment.
