I'm a mechanical contractor based out of SF. I assumed I was going to see a lot of half asses work by the contractors in this area because many of the exit houses have shoddy work on them. I have been checking out work in the area of Dunsmuir and Mount Shasta. I've been pleasantly surprised by the quality of work, craftsmanship and the equipment that I see Ray-Mac installing. From an outside observer, good job.

FIVE STARS !!!! Outstanding customer service. Randy was awesome to work with. He inspected my entire HVAC system and was able to make a simple repair that literally saved me hundreds of dollars---which speaks to the integrity of this great company. Randy also explained how I can get the most out of my HVAC system. The folks who work at the office are kind and helpful. I am truly grateful to have access to a family owned and highly reputable company like RAYMAC because they "have my back" and are looking out for my best interest as a customer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RAYMAC !!!!

Wonderful service. Have an old bock hot water heater that also powers the radiant floor. Same day service but had to order new parts for the 12 year old system. Came out late in the day, because received the parts and Boom... Installed. Clean, courteous, professional, timely, and efficient. Going to use Ray-Mac for any future issues, no brainer.Service: Heating system repair
