Chris is a friendly and knowledgeable person. When I asked for a quote to install an AC unit, he was honest and upfront, letting me know that it wasn't possible because my unit was already at its maximum amperage limit.

Chris, the owner responded immediately.It was a 109° outside and 4th of July.He came out and fixed my air conditioner.I highly recommend his company--he went above and beyond, replacing my air filter, adding protection to avoid a reoccurring episode, and an extremely fair price for an emergency visit on a holiday.

SLOCO Heating and Cooling (Mike and Nate) came out today to service our furnace and four split A/Cs. They were outstanding. They arrived on time, and were very professional, polite, and efficient. We went through the job to be done together, and they got right to work, finishing ahead of the projected time. Our house is particularly difficult because of our flat roof. The furnace is located in a crawl space and is difficult to access. Also, there are two different coils for the split A/Cs on the roof, and since there is a Spanish tile skirt around the roof, it is very difficult to get up there.
