Very hard to reach, I have been texting, emailing, calling, even sent a certified letter. I was needing copies of 2 months invoices, for a Trust, so needed them separate. No response. Anson did a great job on the revamping of our yard on a vacation rental. I am 2 hrs away, so only saw the upkeep, occasionally. I did talk with one of the workers, on a short visit. I asked about the plants not trimmed, dying plants, etc. I was told he could only be there 20 min and that was all. He had already used 5 of those in filling up his spray unit with water from back yard (not supposed to be going in that area). Used Shaffer for a couple months so I can get my yard cleaned up prior to selling my house. The initial clean up Shaffer did a good job cleaning and clearing dead grass. After that not much work was done on my house. There was no raking done or noticeable yard maintenance. Hard to get ahold of Anson by phone as well. The photos show what I raked up after months of droppings.

Stopped in Friday 8/7 for couple plants/grasses for a small project we were working on. Did not get the name of the girl who was working but she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Ended up with 2 moon shadow plants and 2 black mundo grasses
