Taking keys as a first time home buyer was the most exciting day until we opened the door and the house had flooded from the sellers who had left a water line open and running for 6 days. We were devastated and at a loss. Panicked we didn’t know what to do until someone suggested a ServPro. The owner, Robert Skelton, was there personally the same day to help us navigate the damage and immediately begin the remediation process.
