This was my first time using Pacific Heating. It would have been easy to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and sell me more than I needed for this repair. But technician Mark was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly and correctly diagnosed my problem and rectified it. Five stars!
Just had them come out and replace my entire unit! They were phenomenal. Haven’t had working AC in quite awhile now but thanks to them my family can feel more comfortable in this heat. Employees were kind and courteous. Thank you and God bless.
John came to our home about 3 o’clock on Friday afternoon and had our air conditioner up and running quickly. He made the extra effort to find the part he needed at a local store so he could finish the job that day. John was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He saved us from a miserable, sticky hot weekend. I highly recommend John and Pacific Heating.
