I appreciate that you clearly stated the function of the parts, the cost, and the time involved to remove and install them. I am very pleased with the successful outcome. The heater works!

John came on time on a Saturday. We called on Friday, the day before. He spent alot of time testing and troubleshooting the heater, explaining everything. Fair price, friendly, thorough. Recommended!
