I almost did not come to Morro Nails because of the reviews, but I’m so glad I did. I had a great manicure and pedicure and everyone was friendly. I would definitely make an appointment, but walk-ins are welcome too.

They always run late. They squeeze in others without appointments anddon't apologize when they get a late start on a customer with an appointment because of it. The woman who did my nails for the past two years also tries to be the receptionist, so she is constantly turning away from my manicure to answer the phone or greet someone at the door, which I find very very rude when I am paying for a service. .. She wears a blue tooth device and I never know if she is talking to me or on the phone. The staff speak back and forth to each other in a different language, which makes it seem they are talking about those of us in the shop.
