This mechanic knows what he's doing, gets the job done right and I will use him again. He's one of the few stand alone mechanics that has integrity and that's rare in this world. So once you find someone like this he's a keeper.
Mark took an electrical nightmare and a possible overheated engine and gave me back a fully functional and reliable vehicle. The vehicle had existing damage from hitting a deer years ago and I guess it finally caught up to it on a trip to Morro Bay. Originally I had a mechanic get me on the road after the deer, but it was a bandaid on a bigger problem. Mark actually listened to me and targeted and worked on what I thought was the problem unlike so many other dealerships when I’ve mentioned possible issues they’ve sold me batteries, or some relay.
