9th Limb is an amazing yoga space and community hub. Khristine and Sera are masterful and humble teachers whose classes transcend asana to embrace the entire 8 limbed path, helping students or teachers at any level learn the practices of mindfullness, Ayurveda and Pranayama and find balance in their daily lives. From Ashtanga to Hatha to Vinyasa to Bhava's mellow flow classes and Kirtan (and even on Zoom!) it has been many years of wonderful. Can't recommend this place enough.
Most legit yoga in the county. Khristine has such a grounded, down to earth energy and guides her classes with grace, humor, openness, and a ton of knowledge. 9th limb is more than a yoga studio - it is a place for community. Thank you Khristine!
This is by far the best yoga studio I have ever experienced. Khristine and Bhava are magical human beings that make you feel warm and welcomed. It’s not just community … it’s Family! The flow goes beyond the mat! I Highly recommend this studio to anyone! Whether you live here or you’re just passing come experience this magic! I did and it changed my Entire life!
