Russ was cool from the get go. Stopped by as requested and diligently got to looking at our issues. We worked out a trade and he went to work not a moment later. Our faucets and toilets work like they're supposed to and there's no more yelling or calling these things a piece of $hit any longer... hopefully he thinks the same of his dents and rock chips.

We had to move our toilet approximately 6 inches on a concrete floor. Russ provided a timely quote for this difficult job, was communicative during the work (as it took several visits due to having to jackhammer concrete), and delivered a quality job. I would use Russ again!

Best plumber in Morgan Hill. We had a bunch of work done including new sinks, faucets, piping, regulator, installed water softener, and more. High quality work, reasonably priced, great communicator, and very knowledgeable and honest.
