Silva blew us out of the water, beyond all our expectations. Worth every penny for a pretty stress free renovation overall, and a faster than anticipated timeline. They made us feel so comfortable understood the whole way through. We couldn’t be happier with the end result, so glad we entrusted them with such an investment.

We are very happy with the work done by Silva Custom Construction. The project involved adding a 400 sq ft master bedroom suite on top of garage. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every way. The team was professional and highly skilled, ensuring that my project was completed on time and within budget. The communication throughout the process was exceptional. Project Manager Jason kept me updated every step of the way, addressing any concerns I had promptly. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to quality. They gave excellent suggestions on getting high quality finish supplies. The design and architecture was done by a different company, and there were flaws in that. However Silva Custom Construction handled all the interactions with the design company, and I did not have to worry about that at all. The project was completed with minimal disruption, and the site was always kept clean and organized. We lived in the house during the entire construction period. But we were not inconvenienced at all. I couldn't be happier with the final result - everything looks exactly as I envisioned. I highly recommend Silva Custom Construction for anyone looking for reliable construction services.
