We are very happy with the work done by Silva Custom Construction. The project involved adding a 400 sq ft master bedroom suite on top of garage. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every way. The team was professional and highly skilled, ensuring that my project was completed on time and within budget. The communication throughout the process was exceptional. Project Manager Jason kept me updated every step of the way, addressing any concerns I had promptly. The team at Silva did a fantastic job on our kitchen, as well as a few other ‘minor’ odds and ends: a new roof, a 160sq ft addition, new patio steps, and new doors and casings for the entire house.
