Bill and his crew saved me. Right before a road trip, the alignment on my 2014 Ford F150, just got to the point that I had to get it done. Thinking it would take a week to get in, I got under the truck and discovered that the cam-nut for my right control arm was basically off the threads. Tightened it up, but needed proper torque specs (no wrench for it) - told Bill over email what was up and he gave me a slot the next morning at 7AM. Got it there, they tightened up my entire front end, did the alignments (needed it anyway) and balanced the tires. Had my truck by 1PM that day and it drives beautifully. I was driving from San Jose to LA and drove over a nail at 5am. I pulled over and ended up at Precision Auto. As soon as the guys came in for work, they helped me out right away even though they were booked with appointments. Awesome customer service and super quick work!

This place is awesome! I was heading out of town at 6:30am this week and a low tire pressure warning came on as I was pulling out of my driveway. I wanted to get the tire checked before the long drive so Googled who was open early in Morgan Hill. Called right at 7 and Bill said sure come on over and we’ll put some air in but we’re booked today so that’s all we can do. Well sure enough there was a nail in the tire and the mechanic putting air in said go check with Bill but I could repair this real quick for you.
