This is one of the worst florists I have ever used. Sent flowers to my daughter who resides in Morgan Hill now . I went on the web site to place a very stars order with a specific picture that they offered. My daughter received the flowers which were nothing that I order . I called the florist to ask what happened and she went on to tell me I ordered what they sent . I said the receipt has a picture of what I ordered it’s all sunflowers and some greens . Don't waste your time. In the middle of a simple order that should have taken 3 to 5 minutes to fill, they were still trying to decide if they could accommodate my request. When I asked to talk to the manager, the clerk advised me that the manager didn't speak English, creating more obstacles to communicating my request. Lots of noise in the background didn't help either. So I ended the phone call and went to "the cottage" where I received stellar service.

I have to agree with the reviewer that has been hidden but should not be (see 'is not recommended' review on the next page). If there is no address confirmation that a business exists, why does yelp hide it? I called the # and talked to Emily, the order seemed fine. I also believe its a scam. If you can't go to a floral shop I have to agree it does not exist, or exists in someone's garage. I ordered a 100th birthday gift for a family member, order was plant arrangement $84.99. It showed 6 on the photot, they got 3. I talked to her on the phone for balloons, she said she'd include 2. Recipient got none. Very sad. Look elsewhere.
