Here is my account of the experience I had with Fresh & Clean Housekeeping:I had requested for a quote on on 10/20/23 and received the quote the same day. We had scheduled the appointment a few days later (10/25/23 - today/day of review) for 1PM and the maids would be at my home within 15 minutes after 1PM. Now they were late but I figured they just had trouble finding my place which was understandable. They had called me asking where my place was and when they did, they apparently came across it.There were three maids that had came and I showed them the work that needed to be done and what my expectations were. Mostly just cleaning of certain areas and removal of hard water deposits on my shower glass doors. This was what I was quoted for but they apparently, cleaned my whole house and I wasn't expecting that. Not only did they clean my whole place, they did an AMAZING job. As a testament to the quality of work they do, I clean my place every so often but I still find dirt even when I apply solution and wipe down my counters but the work that these ladies did, they made my kitchen spotless. Even I can't clean as well as they did!In regards to the hard water stains on my shower glass doors, they got rid of the deposits in 2 of my bathrooms but the last one was unfortunate. They tried their best but couldn't get rid of all of it but what I will say is that they had left it in a better condition than I did. I tried cleaning it myself and could not get the results that these ladies got. They had me quality check their work and was looking for my approval before they considered their work done. While communication may have been difficult with them and they mostly only spoke Spanish, I applaud the effort they made to communicate with me. Everything considered, the whole experience from requesting a quote to the work being done was smooth and seamless.Thank you for all the work your team did for my place! Second time using Fresh & Clean for a move-in cleaning and I really really enjoy their company! Easy to schedule and they make the place squeaky clean :) . Will continue to use them for future cleanings and recommend to others!
I used this company for over a year and over time the quality just went down so significantly and the experience changed so drastically. At first, two women would show up promptly with all their own equipment and do a great job. Over time, they'd show up hours before or after the provided window, leave whole rooms completely uncleaned and speak negatively about me in Spanish thinking I couldn't understand. I never understood why they would say things considering every time they came, i would greet them, offer them snacks or water, and try and stay out of the way. So unprofessional. Now I use a cleaning company that charges the same amount for twice the space and does a much better job so I'm realizing how truly terrible this was.
