John did a great job in fixing the needed items, he came out estimated the repairs sent the info to home warranty for approval. Knowing contractors are very busy right now, the only glitch we had was not getting a response after the approval was made by the home warranty company. We had to call numerous times to get an appointment. John made it right by coming out on a Saturday and doing the needed fixes.

Fidelity Home Warranty sent Beekman's Custom Plumbing to replace my garbage disposal and John did a great job. Fast forward two weeks and I had a leaking pipe outside. I submitted another service request through Fidelity and Beekman's was assigned again. John called me to set up a time for service and during the call, he mentioned that my pipe leak may not be covered by my plan. I had called Fidelity the prior day and they told me it was but unfortunately that was not the case. I asked John if he could perform the work needed anyway and I told him I will pay his normal rate which was very fair.John came out later in the day and fixed my leaking pipe issue. Fidelity Home Warranty arranged Beekman's to fix a pipe I busted while trying to remove the trap under a bathroom sink. I explained the situation to John during our initial phone conversation, and he verified with Fidelity that they won't cover a repair to something I broke myself. I'm glad John quickly cleared that up with Fidelity before coming to my home because that saved me the service fee. John's communication was prompt, polite and effective.
