I remember agencies being more open minded. Nothing personally has changed on my outlook other than. They’re all following some sort of same process. Where you will get hired, trained and in less than 3 weeks your assignment has been ended.

With the exception of the regional manager she was rude doesn't even know how to say Hi just a simple word, the company needs to do better on picking who they hire because upper management should be the example to their employees but I'm glad that the rest of the team has better attitudes and communication skills.
