I was out in the middle of nowhere. They came out with EVERYTHING and the kitchen sink....lol seriously, they were told the issue, and they brought parts "just In case" the damage was more than expected. Jorge was very prepared and very professional. After the repairs he explained what he did and what had happend.Some roadside and mechanics can be very rude or make me feel uncomfortable. Technician (and later, parts) arrived quickly for a roadside repair. George performed the repairs with exemplary service. His attitite remained calm after 6 hours of numerous problems my trailer without a single complaint. His demeanor was friendly and was pleasant to speak with. He is very knowledgeable as well.
