I called to schedule a service call as I was having an issue with an outlet that I couldn't figure out. Lisa went out of her way to NOT send someone over and guided me through the issue herself so I wouldn't get charged. Turned out I just needed to reset a GFI outlet, thank you for saving me money.
Probably the best electrician serving Moreno Valley. They have done several services for us and they all have been quality work and they are extremely reliable. Dan and Lisa are truly the best! We were having electrical issues with our house which was extremely concerning and stressful because we have a newborn and it was 100 degrees outside. Dan came out to our house promptly though and was able to identify the issue right away! Lisa's communication was so reassuring, and I felt genuinely cared about and my concerns were listened to.
