David came out to inspect my hot water heater after i started having pilot light problems. He quickly saw that the 11 year old unit had not been installed the right way, which i did not know because the previous homeowner had the work done and it was never pointed out that it was not up to code. After he explained the issue in simple terms and answered my questions, i decided to replace it. Osborne Co. was able to get a new water heater the same day, and David updated the gas and water connections so everything was safe and up to code. this plumbing company is fantastic! i have used them 4 times for different plumbing issues, and every visit has left me very happy with their service, skill, and knowledge. right now brandon and david are here replacing all of my water lines and installing a new water heater, and they showed up 15 minutes early for the appointment. after a short conversation, i joked that i would write a review saying don’t give them coffee or they will never leave. of course that was just a joke. they were both friendly, easy to talk to, and working hard the whole time. david was moving fast and staying busy, and brandon was calm, professional, and focused. you could tell they...read full review
