These 4 stars are for Tony he was one of the most nicest nail techs I’ve met. He described all the services he was going to do and pricing without even asking. He brought beverages without me asking, just an all around good person. He has exceptional customer service and I have several business and I would hire or work with him in a minute!! The only reason I have 4 stars instead of 5 is it was a 20 minute wait. Which I noticed 2 people walk out because they had been waiting so long. Since I like designs he said I was waiting for a good tech and he wasn’t lying because Tony was truly impressive. Kelvin was my nail tech and he did an amazing job on my French tip pedicure! He was meticulous and professional, and I left really happy with the results. The salon was clean, organized, and I appreciated how well they sanitized everything, it made the experience feel extra comfortable. Just a tip: bring exact cash if you plan to leave a tip, as that’s the easiest way. I usually tip $5–10 depending on the service. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely stop by for another appointment!
tony is the absolute best! he genuinely cares about the customer, their experience, and their nails. he puts effort into making sure every step of the process is to your liking and even suggests his own recommendations to fit what he thinks will look the best. tony is an absolute artist and great person overall—he kept good conversation. amazing experience overall and i will be coming back just for him!!
