About Moreno Valley Mall
Moreno Valley Mall is a mixed experience for visitors. The mall boasts a convenient location, ample parking, and decent technology. However, it appears to be in need of a comprehensive revamp. Many reviewers have noted the mall's neglected appearance, with dirty sidewalks, unkempt landscaping, and a lack of popular stores. Despite these issues, the mall does have a Macy's and a few other small stores that draw some visitors, especially those looking for good deals. The food court is praised for its friendly staff, and the Round 1 entertainment center is a popular draw for families. Bath & Body Works is highlighted for its exceptional customer service, with the staff member Wendy praised for her customer-focused approach. The library and Crunch fitness center are also mentioned as positive aspects of the mall. While the mall may have a "ghetto vibe" at times, it continues to attract loyal visitors, particularly those familiar with the area. With a focus on cleanliness, customer service, and attracting more popular stores, the Moreno Valley Mall could benefit from a revitalization to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Glad this mall like many others is still open. Light traffic no matter when you go. Mall just reopened after some code violations were corrected (fire system?). One or two stores with Anime, a smoke shop, plus the normal one or two anchor stores...
Moreno Valley Mall is a decent place to stop by for shopping, food, or a movie. There is plenty of parking, and the mall has a mix of bigger stores, smaller shops, kiosks, a food court, a movie theater, and Round1. It may not have the biggest variety of stores, and some areas could use a little updating, but overall it’s a convenient local mall with enough to do for a quick visit.
