I never write reviews but this time I had to, in hopes no one else will get there teeth messed up here. My fiancé had some work done here, they ruined his teeth. They put my fiancé's crowns to big, a fake tooth that was drilled in and was noticeably too small they gave some dumb excuse like we don't make them that size or it's impossible to get the perfect size, we weren't asking for perfect just not mediocre, his tooth was way to small which also turned into a necrotic tooth. To top it all off they're so rough! I mean I understand dentists need to be but to some degree! Come to find out my fiancé's, sister and father had gone there and they did some pretty messed up work on them as well. They all, including my fiancé switched dental offices and now go to different doctors. The new dentist who replaced work on my fiancé's mouth even agreed, they did a horrible job. Look I'm not trying to put anyone out of business but solely save the next person who's considering going to them, or hopefully they see this review and seriously reconsider their staff/service just keep an open mind! Be careful.

My oldest daughter told me that Dr. Patel was a very good dentist, but that she was a little heavy handed, so I was afraid to go to her. My youngest daughter who was also a patient of my old dentist would get maybe two cavities about every 5 years. About a year and a half after our old dentist retired she went to Western Dental and was told she had about 10 cavities, needed 3...read full review
