Times having an appointment the staff behind the desk, seemed very friendly and the security guard always welcomes with a greeting.

one of the plump ladies that check you in is rude, why do these people always have an attitude your job is working with people at a clinic there’s no reason to start off a conversation being rude to someone you don’t know for no reason
