Bad customer service. Had been waiting almost an hour and when finally it was my turn they take a friend of theirs that just walked in. And tried to say he had an appointment, when I clearly saw him ask to be taken in without waiting. Now I see why the low ratings of this place. Don't they realize that the customer has many other options of where to go.

Showed them a picture of what I wanted and still messed it up, they don’t care about your hair, business should be shut down, they don’t know what they’re doing. Never going again

The absolute worst cut I've ever had. I am so pissed. I pray I can find someone to fix the mess that the idiot who cut my hair made. I don't know her name, but working in a salon you would think she would at least comb her own hair. She had no clue what she was doing and by the time I realized it it was too late. I would add photos but it is embarrassing.
