The work that was done was good. What surprise me is when the technician arrived, he gave me a quote that was $200 more than the original quote that I got from a different technician . He told me that the original technician left the company. I feel that the company should have honored that original written quote.

Wish I took before and after pics because I was very pleased with the outcome of having them clean our our cushion that rain, dirt, and recently a stray cat had destroyed and made unusable for me and my family. Went from gray to white with very few leftover and expected stains. Also saved us a lot of money to replace. Great price, quick service, and happy customer. Would use again

Chem -Dry arrived ( 2men) in uniforms , well spoken and accommodated our situation and guidance . Stains both bedrooms extinguished and placement rug . Though more expensive than steam cleaning services , we recommend Chem -Dry’s cleaning procedures.
