“The haircut was good but the customer service when I was ready to pay definitely needs improvement. When my stylist rang me up I told her that I would be redeeming my points for a free haircut. The system wouldn't allow her to use my points for a free haircut. She called 1 manager on the phone who said I would just have to use 400 points but only get a $10 discount. Thankfully my stylist knew that wasn't right and called a different manager who tried to figure it out then told the stylist to make a note of the transaction and she would figure it out at a later date. That manager salvaged a 20+ year customer. I was prepared to pay, walk out, never return, and post far and wide about the experience. The stylist (didn't catch her name) and the 2nd manager are to be commended for how they handled the situation. The 1st manager needs some retraining.“

“Have been going to this establishment for around 15 years. I will only let Dory cut my hair as she knows how I like it down to a tee. When I need to relax a little I get shampoo and that helps. The prices or reasonable that helps in today's economy. We bring grandson in, had his first hair cut here. Girlfriend has had a baliage highlights and trims from again only Dory. Her years of experience really shows. I can not recommend her enough to everyone who is looking for a place to go for what ever hair needs they may want or require. “I have had my hair styled a few different ways here at Elysian Hair Beauty Lounge. Ms Yvette has never disappointed me. 10 to 11 months out the year (I come every 4 weeks) I have my hair done in double strand twists. The remainder of the year I get it pressed & curled.

Ms Yvette is not scissor happy and only trims my ends when it's necessary. She also deep conditions it every couple months. Also, my hair is grey/white and cannot handle alot of product or heat or it will turn yellow.

She did exactly what I asked for plus more cause I was a first time customer, she even added a few complimentary designs, you're not going to find these prices anywhere else, I got long gel and I paid $55 plus $10 to remove old nails, that price is unheard of today.
