The moment I entered into this establishment, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism! I was able to have my hair cut by Carlos and he did such an amazing job! I showed him a picture and he delivered with the same exact look! He definitely made me feel welcomed and also had great conversations with me as he styled away! i just got a haircut and it went by very quickly. my hairdresser was very polite and asked me plenty of questions about what haircut i would prefer, and was also very curtious when i had to take a phone call mid-haircut.

I really like Myra but she does not know how cut/color long hair. I asked for long layered cut with Balayage and ended up with a disaster. Most of the time I end up going back so that she can fix spots she missed but this time I do not plan on going back. She over layered my hair, the first layer is in the middle of the back of my head and all of the layers are very thick. I can't even put it up on a pony tail because I have hairs poking out from all directions :-( I ended up going next door to Sally's and buying a toner to remove the brass from what should have been a balayage. I wasn't going to share my opinion because I should know better than to continue going back to her, but I believe she should sharpen up her skills or let her customers' know her limitations instead of putting her needs before the customers'.
