This is my first year filing with Gateway. I was referred by a good friend of mines who has been coming to Gateway for 5+ years. She recommended that I make an appointment with Skylar at the Moreno Valley office, her tax lady. Due to my work schedule I was able to start my process virtually and while doing so she was very informative and kept me in the loop during the whole process. Due to needing a medical form that I wasn’t aware of I came back rejected. Skylar and her District manager worked with me in getting this resolved! I appreciate them both and will definitely be returning next year.

Julie was an excellent help. Having to be the only worker available while others workers were feeling ill & getting well rested Julie was able squeeze me in with her busy schedule and providing everything I needed asap.
