Absolutely love this location. Liv, Stephanie along with the everyone else at the Pro Desk are freaking amazing. I have been buying from other supply houses for the past 7 years, never looked at Floor and Decor until 2 months ago. Now I won’t go anywhere else!
We had an hour drive and desperate to get the special order immediately, (limited supply, closeout) and Victoria handled us with extremely professional, efficient and pleasant (enthusiastic) customer service skills over the phone at the end of the workday.
We were assured and had reduced stress.
Jocsalyn helped us with our master bathroom design. She was patient, understood our needs & the layout and helped pick great choices for the tile and design. She is amazing, I recommend working with her for all your remodeling needs. She put our inspirations on paper, priced out all materials and emailed us as well. Highly recommend her professionalism! Thank you, Jocsalyn!
