I had an amazing experience with Bob the plumber Inc. and I highly recommend them! I had a slab leak, and Matt, our plumber, was fantastic from start to finish. He arrived right on time, which was a huge relief. Matt was incredibly respectful, professional, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. He responded quickly to my calls and messages, making everything so much easier. The best part was that he finished the job fast, and the quality of work was top notch. I highly recommend Bob the Plumber and have called upon them for several different issues. Both James and Jason were amazing in going above and beyond to provide excellent service. Yesterday Jason came out and even though I thought it was a plumbing issue, he discovered that my water leak was connected to the AC unit. He thoroughly investigated all possibilities before showing me that it was connected to the AC unit. He also connected me with a Mitigation Specialist who was able come out immediately. They have worked closely together and it was a seamless transfer. While he was here, he also gave me estimates on some plumbing work I need done in a couple of my bathrooms. The quotes were fair and I look forward to scheduling time to get this work done. I cannot say enough positive things about this plumbing company and will be spreading the good word to as many people as possible!!!
Called for a appointment Monday and was set up with a appointment on Tuesday. My technician was Angel and i couldn't of been happier with his personality and the interest he had in the job. he explained everything and made me feel like i wasn't being taken advantage of. They are my new plumbers as long as the other technicians are as nice as Angel.
