Today was my first time in the Beauty Spot! She had everything that you could want for hair.The owner was very kind and knowledgeable about the many products and could tell you exactly where everything is.I will definitely go there and stock up on hair products on payday!

The customer service is terrible, it's as if it physically hurts the workers to answer a question. Today I visited the store and I asked the woman that I've seen on multiple occasions working there, about a product and sadly she remarked "I don't know, we sell a lot of product here, so people buy all of this" which did not answer my question at all.

I like this location and the manager is cool and straight to the point. I haven't had an issue with anything. They are fully stocked and always have what I'm looking for. I'm usually in and out, knowing exactly what I came there for, and if I have a question someone is always around to answer. I believe it's black owned so I think that is a beautiful thing, I hope she is there for a long time to come. Blessing to your establishment.
