Arrived 15 min. early. 1 hour and 15 minutes later, I asked to reschedule because I had not been seen. Staff said I was next in line, so I stayed. The doctor walks in and says, "You can do skin tags at home with over the counter meds or pay $150+ for treatment here because insurance doesn't cover cosmetic treatments." I said, " You don't think they look infected or cancerous?" Because they are very itchy, red and get caught on everything, especially my hair. He didn't even check for possible cancer. I min. Doc was great.. staff is sooooo unprofessional. Bunch of little kids!! They couldn't pronounce my name while I was in the room waiting to be seen by doctor so I could hear them in their little triage all trying to pronounce my name make fun of it and laugh. Do that on your own time not while a patient is in the room and can hear everything because it's such a small office. Lame idiots who are immature and don't need to be in the work force let alone out of their house. Go back home so your parents can teach you manners and etiquette for the real world.
