I absolutely love the staff here. All the women here are always so friendly and kind. They always make me feel welcome. They are also very honest! They make sure we get the best value with our insurance plan. They want to help us to save money as much as we do. Very helpful. My entire appointment usually takes about 1.5 hours including waiting and picking out frames. Dr. Vu is always very thorough and makes sure to be very detailed when answering any questions that I have. The glasses I ordered were ready for pick-up in less than 2 weeks. + A majority of their frames are brand name: Nike, Raybans, Calvin Klein, Kate Spade, etc. + They only allow 3 people in the lobby at a time! Do not bring people with you to your appointment unless you have permission. + SUPER RESPONSIVE by phone! Don't hesitate to call or text them.
