I had to take my daughter’s dog in for a visit, and this was our first time bringing her here. The staff was very friendly, and Dr. Smith was especially kind, informative, and understanding. It was an exceptional visit overall. I will definitely be bringing our dogs here from now on.
My boyfriend and I brought our girls, Riley and Billy, to their first appointment today with Dr. Gowda and I’m so happy to establish care here. I’m so impressed by the professionalism and kindness everyone displayed, front to back. The receptionist was very sweet and kept open communication, even while waiting. Dr. Gowda was patient, understanding, and effectively addressed any concerns, AND she even got my nervous girl, Riley, to RUN up to her for attention!! The techs that worked with us were so kind and informative, I even heard them in the back being sweet to both of my girls! Overall, I’m confident they were handled with care ♥️
