Charissa really nailed my massage. Originally I went in for a 1 hour massage but after about 15 minutes of talking and massaging I extended the experience to 2 hours. It was an amazing and cleansing opportunity for me! Charissa has a very nice location that was quiet and mellow. After 1 and a half hours she took the lead with breath work and help focus me for Reiki. It was amazing... and I'm not really into that sort of stuff. The massage was all encompassing, it met all the needs of my body. I felt stretched out and completely relaxed. It took me about 5 minutes to start stirring from the massage bed after we were done. I can’t say enough great things about Charissa and her healing work. I booked the 2 hour massage \\u0026 reiki session (I highly recommend). Little did I know that she would include some of her life coaching skills as well. She started our session with the massage. Her massage flow and style was excellent and so relaxing. After that she moved into the reiki healing intertwined with some life coaching. It’s honestly really hard to put into words, but the reiki and guided coaching/visualization helped me so much.
