I've belonged to a few different martial art studios in my life, and American Mixed Martial Arts in Moorpark is by far the best I've experienced. I don't think any other studio has given me as much confidence or made me feel as prepared to defend myself as American MMA. Master Anderson is excellent at teaching the true value of learning martial arts; his breadth of knowledge on various styles is vast, and he has pushed me further than any other instructor in the past. My teen daughter has been attending classes at this studio for the last year and a half and it has been one of the best experiences of her life. She has gained so much self confidence, self- discipline, and invaluable self defense techniques. "I've become a better person because of MMA. The people there are like family. Master A is so encouraging… and it's really fun.”
