They were my deceased parents’ accountants. After they both passed we used Ward for their taxes that year. Now the IRS owes us $25k from 2023 that I am having to pay another accountant to recover for us. They did not deliver K1 paperwork to my brother or let me know what it was or educate me at all on this very tedious process. They were unhelpful when I asked them to help get the money in 2024. Unless you already know what you are doing, do not use them. It’s a big agency where they do not seem to have an attitude of taking care of people.

Wouldn't use anyone lese. I have been a client of Ward Accountacy for 28 years and they are excellent. Both business and personal Robert and his team get it right. They have fought for us against IRS with integrity and honesty. My wife and I can't speak more highly.

I used them one year - they were very slow, even though I reached out before the end of the year to get an accountant for the next year. Hard to get responses from and didn’t give me any accounting advice for my personal or business finances.
