I have a home in Carmel Woods and we used Tope's services not once but twice in the last year. The first was on 3/11/23 and again today, 2/6/24. In both instances they had to extract 80' + foot massive pine trees that fell on a structure or were damaged during the impactful windstorms. First off, Andrew is personable, reliable, reasonably priced and a good man. When other tree companies wouldn't get back to me or quoted exhorbitant estimates, in each instance he came when he said he would and within 60 minutes provided a reasonable quote. Eric and his crew did a wonderful job trimming my large oak tree in Pacific Grove. Three of them worked for 4hours and were not shy about cutting whatever they could. Used bucket truck and moved it several times to access all parts of the tree. Tree is now open and will be better at withstanding winter weather.

Like most of the Peninsula, the 2022-23 winter storms did significant tree damage to our property. Tope's came through. First, they immediately sent a crew with a crane to handle a tree that was in urgent need of removal, because otherwise it would have fallen on our neighbor's house. Over the following months they sent crews probably a dozen times, with different specialized equipment to clean up the rest of the damage. Throughout the operation they kept the worksite as clean as possible, and all of the crews were friendly and highly capable. I would use Tope's again and highly recommend them.
