They're a little more expensive than other companies, but that's the only negative, and even then, I was offered a senior discount, which was very helpful. They scheduled my appointment very quickly (in fact, they would have come earlier but that time didn't work for me) and Louis was on time and had all the equipment he needed for the job. Louis was polite, professional, and respectful of my time and my home. He did a great job unclogging the shower drain and left the shower all cleaned up!

I had guest staying with us and our main sewer line was malfunctioning and needed service. They arrived and gave me a quote. I had a few choices as to the remedy I needed. After everything that was done Louis gave us the results that we were looking for. His work was done to our satisfaction. I have used Roto Router twice.
