“I’ve been coming here around a year and a half. Finally writing a review. I started out, morbidly obese and desperate. Like many on the peninsula, I didn’t have a PCP, but part of that wasn’t the poor availability it was also the fear and shame of being lectured again by one that I just needed to be more disciplined. I’ve gained and lost a lot of weight before and wanted medical intervention and attention. I started off going every week. This really kept me dedicated at the beginning.
