I had the best message and mud wrap by James. He was very pleasant and worked wonders on my problem areas. I had an accident 3 years ago and have had lower back and leg soreness. James worked my glutes and I have never felt better. I am able to get up from sitting and start walking with no pain or soarness AMAZING results. I will be back. Thank you

I was visiting from out of town and booked a 60 minute facial. I had the best experience. It was so relaxing, and my esthetician was super sweet and friendly. I almost fell asleep on the table! Could not recommend this place enough!

My experience at the Monterey Day Spa was amazing. I treated myself to the Ultimate Indulgence Package as a birthday gift, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Each part of the experience-from the Eucalyptus Mint Soak, to the full-body massage, deep cleansing facial, and the mani/pedi, was very soothing. Every professional I interacted with was not only skilled, but deeply attentive.
