I had the best message and mud wrap by James. He was very pleasant and worked wonders on my problem areas. I had an accident 3 years ago and have had lower back and leg soreness. James worked my glutes and I have never felt better. I am able to get up from sitting and start walking with no pain or soarness AMAZING results. I will be back. Thank you
